If you want increased spinal support, body stability, balance and improved athletic performance, join us in January and February at the Florence Fitness Center.  The “To The Core” fitness class is held on Monday and Wednesday evenings from 6:30 pm to 7:00 pm. 

We will show you how to strengthen your core muscles (abdominals, back, hip and gluteus) to reduce back pain and harden the abdominal area. 

Registration is open to anyone 16 years and older and free to all current Fitness Center Members. Non-members will pay $10.00 per month.  Start 2014 off right by working out To the Core!
