Tomorrow, April 6th, downtown Florence will host excellent country artists when the Community Services Department presents the fifth annual Road to Country Thunder from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.  Staff has once again, worked with Country Thunder officials to present live, quality country music at no charge.

The stage will be set on Main Street between 6th and Ruggles Streets with the following performance schedule:

  • 5:00 p.m. to 5:45 p.m. =                  Cameron Byfield (this young country singer/songwriter is from Phoenix)
  • 6:00 p.m. to 6:45 p.m. =                  Ryan and the Renegades (The Renegades perform at Country Thunder on Thursday, April 11th)
  • 7:15 p.m. to 8:15 p.m. =                  Austin Burke (Burke is at Country Thunder on Saturday, April 13th)
  • 8:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. =               Harry Luge Band (Luge has multiple appearances at Country Thunder from Thursday through Sunday, April 14th)

A beer garden and food vendors will quench everyone’s thirst and satisfy those hunger pangs.

Road to Country Thunder is presented by the Community Services Department, Country Thunder, KMLE, Greater Florence Chamber of Commerce, American Legion and the Pinal County Mounted Posse.

Plan now to bring the family to downtown Florence this Saturday to enjoy free country music, food, drink and a great time!
