Senior citizens who need assistance with necessary home improvement projects will benefit from a fundraiser on Friday, September 20th at the Dorothy Nolan Senior Center. Delicious food for sale will go towards funding those projects for seniors in need. The center is at 330 N. Pinal Street. Biscuits and gravy for $2 are offered from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. while chili cheese dogs go on sale for $5 from 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. The goal is to raise at least $500 to provide home repairs and maintenance to qualified senior citizens. The center also needs volunteers to donate their skills and efforts toward this project. Call (520) 868-7622 for more information.
