The Town of Florence is excited to announce that the splash pad at Padilla Park is now open for the summer. The splash pad is open from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. daily through the end of September. Padilla Park is located at 77 West Ruggles Street, directly behind the Silver King Marketplace in historic downtown Florence.
The park is not supervised by Town staff, so children under 6 years of age must be supervised by an adult at all times. To maximize the enjoyment for all, infants must wear appropriate swimwear, including swim diapers or rubber pants. Cutoffs, street shoes, pets, and anyone with an infectious condition are not permitted in the splash pad area.
The splash pad may be closed at any time due to weather, maintenance of equipment, or other operational concerns. For information or assistance, call the Town of Florence Parks and Recreation Department, Monday through Friday, at (520) 868-7589.
