Walking is widely promoted for its cardiovascular benefits. However, did you know it also helps prevent and improve such conditions as osteoporosis, diabetes, high blood pressure, cancer, weight gain, and stress? Enhance your health and make new friends by joining the Florence Fitness Center’s first ever Walking Club. 

On every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday evening, from 5:15pm to 6:15pm, learn pre and post stretching routines, walking tips, and various health facts while walking guided routes throughout Downtown Florence with our Certified Fitness Instructor. 

The fee is $20 for the entire season, which runs from October 1st through May 29th.  Registration is open to ages 13 years and older. Meet at the Fitness Center, located at 133 N. Main Street.  Join anytime, walk anytime, and have a great time!
