The Town of Florence is about to begin an extensive survey of the Florence business community. Economic Development describes the purpose of the survey as a means to “identify any barriers to economic development and to help form a plan to encourage economic develop efforts within the Town of Florence”.

The face-to-face surveys are scheduled to begin in mid-February and are expected to be completed by sometime in mid-summer. The results of the survey will be compiled into a report and presented to the public and Town Council by September, 2012.
