As of late tonight the Town of Florence has re-established full water services to North Florence, which includes Florence Gardens and Caliente. Service has been restored by establishing a temporary link to other wells in Southern Florence, which has additional capacity to cover all residents. The Town has been working diligently to determine what caused the failure of well #1, and we will have a full understanding by mid week. Until then, the Town will work with its contractors and ensure that continued service is maintained. The Town asks that residents be conscientious in their water use, so we can maintain water to all residents. At this time there are no water restrictions and we will continue to inform you, our citizens, of our progress. Thank you for your understanding.
