As part of its ongoing desire to provide a variety of water-related programs for teens and adults this summer, the
Water walking is an easy, effective, low-impact aerobic workout. Water provides 12 to 14 times the resistance of air, resulting in strengthened muscles while burning up to 550 calories per hour.
Held at the Florence Community Pool, the registration fee is $10 per month and just $5 for
