The Florence Community Library is extending the deadline for Water/Ways Stories. You now have the rest of the year to turn in your story to become part of the upcoming Smithsonian exhibition!

Water/Ways, a Smithsonian on Main Street Exhibition, is coming to Florence this year, from November 17 – December 31! Be part of this event by submitting your true story related to water and water/ways. It might be a story about drought, or flooding, or recreation. If you moved to Arizona from another area, it might be a reflection about water-related differences between your previous home and this one. If it’s a water-related story about you, then we are very happy to accept it.

Stories will be accepted throughout the rest of 2018. All submitted stories will be posted in a Water/Ways binder in the library, available for all to read!
