The Town of Florence is excited to celebrate its 150th anniversary this year, as a community. Throughout 2016, the Town will recognize its illustrious history with numerous special events and activities for both residents and visitors.
The Town of Florence is excited to be celebrating 150 years as a community this year. The Town will be celebrating throughout the year with numerous special events and activities for our residents and visitors.
To mark this historic occasion, the Town of Florence will place street banners along historic Main Street and other key locations throughout town. You have a chance to participate in Florence’s history, while at the same time helping to fund the project, by purchasing one of the banners to be displayed. The banners are 30”x80”. The cost for each banner will be $50.00. A limited number of banners will be available.
Those wishing to purchase a banner, which will be displayed in 2016, will not receive it until early 2017 after the celebration.
