Football season is in full swing so the Florence Parks and Recreation Department is hosting a five-on-five Men’s Flag Football League.
Games are played on Wednesday evenings, starting October 28, at Heritage Park. This non-contact league includes age divisions for Men’s (ages 18 to 33) and Vintage Men’s (ages 34 and up).
The cost per team for residents is $375 and $470 per team for non-residents. Registration fees must be paid by Friday, October 16. Team registrations are accepted Monday through Friday at the Florence Community Center, located at 778 N. Main Street. Registrations are also accepted, Monday through Saturday, at the Florence Fitness Center, located at 133 N. Main Street, or online at www.florenceaz.gov/parks.
