What better way to start or end your day this summer than with a refreshing workout at the Florence Aquatic Center?
Adult Lap Swim, offered by the Town of Florence Parks and Recreation Department, is open to individuals who wish to improve their overall fitness through swimming laps at their own pace. Please note this is not a swim lesson class.
Lap swim begins on Tuesday, May 31, 2016 and is held Tuesday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 7:30 a.m. Evening hours are 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Tuesday through Thursday. Also, one lane dedicated for lap swim is available during open swim hours.
Check out open swim hours at www.florenceaz.gov/aquatics. The cost is $3.00 per visit, or a 30 visit punch pass can be purchased for $60.00. This is a drop in only activity; registration is not required.
Participation is open to ages 15 years and older.
