CFD No. 2 Community Meeting Scheduled for August 17th

The public is invited to a public meeting at the Sun City Ballroom at Sun City on Thursday, August 17^th at 2:30pm to learn more about community facility districts (CFD) and the annual consideration by the CFD District Board to issue approximately $2M in general obligation bonds to pay for infrastructure improvements in CFD No. 2.

Regardless if the bond is issued or not, it will have no effect on the homeowner’s property tax bill. The CFD tax rate has already been set for the next 12 months, which is the same rate it has been for the last 10 years.

Representatives from Town of Florence, Pulte Home Corp, and Stifel, Nicolaus & Company will be at the meeting to provide information to the public and answer questions.
