If you are looking for a fast paced, challenging new way to shape up, then register for the Circuit Training exercise class at the Florence Fitness Center.

In this class, presented by Florence Parks and Recreation Department, participants will perform a series of high volume, low resistance cardio and strength training exercises with relatively brief rest intervals in between. The purpose is to improve muscle tone and definition as well as cardiovascular fitness.

This class is free to Fitness Center members, only $10 per month for residents, $12.50 per month for non-residents and just $3 per class for drop-ins. Class is held every Monday and Wednesday starting November 7th from 5:30 pm to 6:00 pm at the Fitness Center on 133 N. Main Street.

Registration is open to ages 16 years and older. Be sure to register early as classes fill up fast!
