Being certified and trained in any phase of CPR, could save someone’s life. Florence Community Services has arranged a variety of cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) classes for every need. The courses will be taught by Mark LaClair, a certified CPR training instructor and are designed to teach proper CPR techniques and First-Aid training.

The courses are as follows: Community CPR is on Thursday, August 10 from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. for only $40 per person. Healthcare Provider CPR is offered on Thursday, August 17th from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at $50 per person. First Aid class is on Thursday, August 24th from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. for only $30 per person

All classes will be held at the Florence Library and Community Center located at, 778 N. Main Street. Pre-registration is required and may be done online at www.florenceaz.gov/parks-and-recreation, the Florence Fitness Center at 133 N. Main Street or at the Community Center.
