Just when it seems that school started, fall intersession is only a few weeks away which signals the beginning of Fall Fun, a recreation program offered over the break.

The program, presented by Florence Community Services Department will be held two weeks, Monday through Friday from September 25 to October 6 at the Florence Library and Community Center.

Children in kindergarten through the sixth grade may attend and participate in exercise time, games, crafts, movies, in-town field trips and more during the fall intersession. Program hours are from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

The weekly fee, which must be paid prior to attending, is only $70 per child for residents and $88 for non-residents and may be paid at the Florence Library & Community Center at 778 N. Main Street, Florence Fitness Center at 133 N. Main or online at www.florenceaz.gov/parks.
