The Florence Parks and Recreation Department presents its annual Fright Fest Halloween Carnival for costumed citizens of all ages. Ghosts, goblins and assorted scary creatures will “haunt” Florence’s Heritage Park from 5:30 pm to 8:30 pm on Saturday, October 31, 2015. There are game booths, a pumpkin carving contest, Halloween candy, music, inflatables, and much more.

The Parks and Recreation Department is also hosting its popular Costume Contest for both adults and children. Prizes are awarded for the best costumes in a variety of categories. The Pumpkin Carving Contest is also a tradition at Fright Fest. Categories for adults and children are offered with prizes for the winners.

Fright Fest provides the community an opportunity to celebrate Halloween in a safe and fun setting. Heritage Park is located just west of Town Hall at 600 North Main Street.
