Hatha Yoga classes are developed to help renew health and vigor while learning yoga postures, stretches and breathing techniques to increase flexibility, balance and strength.

Florence Parks and Recreation is offering this style of yoga open to all levels of experience. There will be a focus on the breath connected to movement, asana practice that will flow with the breath and meditation. This class will allow participants to express themselves in the practice of yoga and be comfortable that in that expression.

Classes run for four Saturdays, beginning October 1st at the Florence Library and Community Center from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. The class fee is just $40.00 per person.

Register at the Community Center at 778 N. Main Street, Florence Fitness Center at 133 N. Main Street or online at www.florenceaz.gov/parks
