The Hospice of the Valley lecture series continues at the Florence Community Library. Come to the library Tuesday, December 12 at 3:00 pm for the presentation, How to Talk to Your Doctor, focusing on the importance of good communication with health care providers.
Clear, open communication is key to good healthcare. Learn how to communicate with your doctor in order to get the best results from your medical appointments. Get tips to make sure your doctor listens to all of your concerns, and learn what information you need to share with healthcare professionals.
The presentation will last approximately one hour, which will include time for questions and discussion. Future talks will occur the second Tuesday of each month. A schedule of topics is available at the circulation desk.
