Learn the basics of stamping designs into leather at the Florence Community Library!

The library will host a leather-stamping workshop Wednesday, December 13, at 5:30 pm.  Jim Augustson, of Tandy Leather Factory, will share the basics of leather stamping, showing attendees how to create the designs and patterns seen on leather belts, wristbands, book jackets, and more!

After the presentation and demonstration, patrons will have the opportunity to try leatherworking for themselves by stamping designs into their very own leather wristbands.  Augustson will bring along a variety of different stamps, allowing endless possibilities for creativity!
