The Town of Florence Parks and Recreation Department is now accepting registrations for the Lil Tykes Kickball League. All practices and games are held on Thursday evenings starting at 5pm at the Little League Park. The deadline to register your child is Friday, February 18.
The kickball league is for children ages 3 to 5; ages are determined as of March 3, 2011. Registrations are accepted on Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm at the Parks and Recreation Office and Fitness Center, located at 133 North Main Street. The registration fee is $25.00.
This is a league focused on sportsmanship, teamwork, and fun! Volunteer coaches are needed for the successful operation of this program. For more information, contact Erasmo Mendivil at 868-7589.
