One of society’s most famous and repeated quotes is, “The love between mother and daughter is forever.” Mothers and daughters may celebrate that quote at the Florence Parks and Recreation Department’s annual Mad Tea Party. The special evening of big hats, dancing, music and food is Friday, May 6, 2016 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm. The registration deadline is Wednesday, April 27, 2016 and only $10.00 per person.
The event is at the Florence Library and Community Center at 778 North Main Street. Seating is limited so early registration is encouraged. Register at the Parks and Recreation office in the community center.
