Come learn more about how to keep your home, property, and neighborhood safe. The Florence Police Department is hosting a Town Hall Meeting on Wednesday, December 9th at 5:00 p.m. at the Florence Community Library.

Chief Hughes, Lieutenant Tryon, and Sergeants Campbell, Klix, Morris and Peterson are providing information that can make you and your property safer. Questions from the participants are encouraged so that the Police Department can get a better understanding about what you feel is important.

By working together, the police and the community can minimize crime and disorder by developing proactive problem solving strategies to identify chronic issues. The objective of the Florence Police Department is to work with the residents of Florence to develop an approach that effectively responds to neighborhood problems.

Refreshments are served. For more information, please contact Deanna Husk, police support services manager, at (520) 868-7660.
