The Town of Florence Parks and Recreation Department is now accepting registration for its 2016 Summer Kids Club. The Club provides a fun, safe and invigorating place for children to enjoy while their parents are at work. The fee is $60.00 per week, per child.
The program will be held at the Florence Library and Community Center at 778. N. Main Street. Transportation will be provided from and to the Anthem K-8 School. Buses will depart at 8:00 a.m. from the school parking and 5:00 p.m. from the Kids Club.
Summer Kids Club runs Monday through Friday beginning Tuesday, May 31 through Friday, July 22 from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. (excluding July 4th).
Activities include sports, games, arts and crafts, snacks and trips to the new community center and library, new aquatic center and much more. Sack lunches will be provided throughout June but participants will need to bring a lunch beginning in July.
Please visit the Parks and Recreation office at 778 N. Main Street to register. The fee must be paid prior to attending the program.
