To The Core

If you want increased spinal support, body stability, balance and improved athletic performance, join us at the Florence Fitness Center. We show you how to strengthen your core muscles (abdominals, back, hip and gluteus) to reduce back pain and harden the abdominal area.
This class is free to Florence Fitness Center members, $10 per month for residents of Florence, $12.50 per month for non-residents, and $3 per class for drop-ins. The classes are held in January and February every Monday and Wednesday evening from 5:30 pm to 6:00 pm at the Fitness Center on 133 N. Main Street. There is no class on January 18 or February 15.
