The Town of Florence is auctioning off property located at 130 North Main Street to the highest bidder. The auction is set for Friday, December 3rd at 1:00pm at Florence Town Hall, located at 775 North Main Street.
An open house is scheduled for Friday, November 19th at 9:00am to noon. Town staff will be at the property to answer questions and open the building for public view.
The minimum sale price for the property is $118,000. At the buyer’s option, the Town may provide financing for the purchase. The financing terms are for 180 equal installments at 6% per annum, fixed.
