4th of July Indoor Patriotic Picnic and Bingo at the Senior Center

Join us as we celebrate the 4th of July with bingo and an indoor picnic. The bingo starts at 10:00 a.m. and winners will receive an assortment of patriotic prizes. The picnic menu is BBQ burgers served with a salad and chips and dip. All participants must pre-register for only $4 per person.

Biscuits and Gravy

Come by the Senior Center to visit with friends while you enjoy a heaping, delicious bowl of biscuits and gravy. We serve this every Wednesday from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. for only $2 per person.

EFNEP Class

Join us the first Thursday of each month at 10:45 a.m. to hear a discussion about the Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program (EFNEP). This is a federally-funded program that offers offers nutrition education to limited-resource families and children. Obesity, poor health, and limited physical activity are major health concerns. Research shows that better health is associated with reduced health care costs and less dependence on emergency food assistance.

Dinner Club

The Senior Center’s Dinner Club next stop is the Golden Coral Restaurant in Casa Grande on Tuesday, July 11th. The cost is only $12 plus your meal. We leave at 4:00 p.m. Join your friends for an evening out and let us do the driving!

Peppersauce Canyon

Register now for our next day trip on Wednesday, July 12th.   We leave at 8:00 a.m. to Peppersauce Canyon, which is just north of Oracle at the base of Mt. Lemmon. We pack the lunches, arrange the games and do the driving, all for only $10 person.
